'Figure Queen' Yuna Kim successfully finished her second presentation for the 2018 Pyeongchang bid
Kim participated in the official presentation of the cities bidding for the 2018 Winter Olympics at the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) general assembly that was held in Lome, Togo on June 28 (Korean time).

The presentation was held for the 53 National Olympic Committee (NOC) officials of Africa and International Olympic Committee (IOC) officials.
Each city was given 20 minutes and the order of the presentation was Munich, Germany; Annecy, France; and Pyeongchang.
This will be the same order in which the presentations will be given at the final presentation at the IOC session that will be held in Durban, South Africa on July 6.

Kim presented at the technical briefing that was held in Lausanne, Switzerland last month.
She emphasized the legacy of the Olympics in Asia and left a strong impression on the IOC officials.
Kim was calm and collected as she gave her presentation in Togo.

Kim emphasized "an Olympic focusing on the athletes” in her presentation.
"Pyeongchang worked hard for the last 10 years to develop the Olympic ideal," said Kim
She also explained how all the venues were in close proximity, abundant lodging for the athletes, free Wi-Fi, various entertainment facilities for the athlete villages,
and the fair treatment of all the participating nations – making the athletes the prime focus.

The delegation of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Bid Committee will be leaving for Durban on July 1, 10 AM on a special flight provided by Korean Air at Inchon International Airport. They will participate in the 123rd International Olympic Committee (IOC) session that will be held in Durban, South Africa.

The delegation consists of 100 official delegates approved by the IOC and 80 support personnel.
Within those delegates are Jung Byeong-Gook, the minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Kim Ji-Sun, special ambassador of the 2018 Pyeongchang bid committee.

Yuna Kim, Cho Yang-Ho, the chairman of the Pyeongchang bid committee and Park Yong-Sung, the president of the Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) will join the delegation in Durban on July 2.
